Things I did today...

1. Shaved my head.
2. Bought a Pasta Machine
3. Made corrections to the recipe that came with the machine
4. Shined my shoes
5. Tightened the screws on my glasses
6. Called and requested a copy of my prescription so I can buy new glasses online
7. Thought about cleaning my room, but didn't
8. Remembered my broken typewriter needed to be taken to Montclair for repairs
9. Bought tickets for Virginia in July. *sigh*
10. Pressed and folded my uniform for work.
11. Blogged my day so far.

Pack your knives!

I'm looking at culinary schools to go to and I've settled down between the CIA or NECI, but I suppose I have to see if they accept me first. CIA is a bit more glamorous, offers more business contacts and such, but I've heard that NECI offers an overall better education. Time to crack open a bottle of ruby port and enjoy the summer I s'pose. Public education is officially over, so thats a great weight off my shoulders.
